Information we collect

We collect your email address, approximate monthly electric bill, and the bill file you choose to upload. You may also provide your service address, household size, name, and phone number.

Where it is stored and how we use it

Form information and the bill files you upload are stored on cloud-service platforms located in the United States and managed through our accounts.

We use the information for two purposes:

1. To prepare your electric-bill diagnosis and answer your questions

2. If you later want to know whether solar may fit your home, to perform a suitability review

We do not use it for anything else.

Who can see it

Kevin handles your bill to prepare the electric-bill diagnosis.

If team support is later needed to prepare an option for you, we will ask for your permission before sharing the information with team members. Without your permission, we will not pass it to anyone else.

We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

We keep the information for 12 months, then delete it or remove identifying details. You may email kevin@kevinhomeenergy.com at any time to request earlier deletion.

If you do not want to provide everything

Before sending your bill, you may cover the name and account number shown on it—we do not need either one for the analysis.

Please leave the electricity-use data, rate-plan name, and billing period visible. Those are the details needed for the analysis.
