Your information and utility bill are used only to evaluate potential energy options, prepare a home energy comparison, respond to your request, and communicate with you about the report or related solar services.

A preliminary energy comparison is an estimate. Final pricing, eligibility, system configuration, and terms are governed by the final agreement.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information or share it with unrelated third parties.

We may use necessary cloud hosting, database, private file storage, and email service providers to operate the website. These providers process information only to deliver their respective technical services. If you enter a formal project process, we may share information needed for evaluation or an agreement with relevant solar service partners after informing you when appropriate.

Bill and data security

Uploaded bills are stored privately and are not available through ordinary public links. Only authorized administrators can view or download them through a protected dashboard.

Although we use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the energy review, related follow-up, business records, and applicable legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights
